About Verivello.
Human-reviewed UK company reports, prepared from public-source information.
What we do
Verivello provides manually researched reports on UK-registered businesses. We gather information from relevant public registers and open-source records — including Companies House, FCA, ICO, the Gazette, Charity Commission, insolvency sources, sanctions lists, court and tribunal sources where applicable — and compile it into a clean PDF report delivered by email.
Instead of giving you a raw data dump or a generic automated summary, we review the available records, summarise the key findings and present them in plain English.
Who we serve
Our reports are designed for businesses and professionals who want a clearer picture before dealing with a UK company. Typical users include accountants, bookkeepers, consultants, landlords, recruitment agencies, suppliers, investors and business owners carrying out practical background checks.
Verivello reports can support due diligence and onboarding work, but they are not a substitute for legal advice, regulated credit checks, formal AML/KYC certification or professional investigations.
Why manual research matters
UK company information is public, but it is often scattered across different websites, filings, PDFs and specialist registers. A simple search can show a name and address. A careful manual review can add context: filing patterns, previous names, director histories, ownership details, charges, regulator checks and public-source risk indicators.
We sell time, structure and careful review — delivered as a clear, professional PDF.
Data protection & compliance
Verivello Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO registration ZC138208) and handles personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Our reports are prepared from public registers and publicly available sources. We do not alter official records. Where we add commentary, analyst notes or summaries, we clearly present them as our own observations based on the sources reviewed.
Customers are responsible for using report information lawfully and proportionately, including under UK GDPR where personal data is involved.
